What is PayPal
Paypal payment is a common method of payment and transfer of small amounts of money. The user creates a one-time profile on paypal which retains his payment details and does not disclose them to the company. This way you do not have to enter your card details every time, as long as you remember your password in paypal.
PayPal payment is free for purchases up to € 100. For purchases over € 100 there is an additional charge of 4%.
When you place your order, I will immediately send you an email when your product will be shipped. I process orders and ship packages Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped via registered mail with a tracking number. Remember that only the person named on the package can receive it and sign it for it. Alternatively, if the individual authorizes someone else to receive on their behalf. Once I have received your order and proceeded with the dispatch, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped and a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your shipment.
I cannot be responsible for delays in shipments caused by circumstances that are beyond my control.
If you are paying by bank deposit, please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays.
Note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedures.
In some countries, there may be customs charges and local taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Unfortunately, I dont have control over these charges, and I cannot predict any such amount.
As the recipient of the order, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs, and these will not be refunded in case the articles are returned.
I strongly advise that you read our payment, shipping and return policy before placing any order.
Shipping to Greece
- Delivery in Athens takes around 2–3 days and costs 5,00 €
- Delivery in the rest of Greece takes around 2–5 days and costs 6.50€
- There is also an option to pick up your order personally. Once I get your order, I will email you and ask you when you would like to pick it up and we will arrange the date and time.
Free delivery for orders over 100,00 €
Zone 1: Cyprus - Balkan Countries: (Albania, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania, Turkey etc.)
- Delivery in these countries takes 2–7 days and costs 11.50€
Free delivery for the NoEurope applies to orders over 200,00 €
Zone 2: EPG/Interconnect countries: Austria, Belgium, France (including Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia,United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Spain (including the Balearics and Canary Islands), Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal (including Azores), Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland
- Delivery in these countries takes 2–7 days and costs 13.50€
Free delivery to the these countries applies to orders over 400,00 €
Zone 3: Other Destinations USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia
- Delivery in these countries takes around 10-15 days and costs 25,00 €
Free delivery to the USA, Canada,Australia applies to orders over 700,00 €
Shipping to Greece
- Delivery in Greece takes around 2–5 days.
- For small, unframed drawings, the cost is 5,00€
- For small framed drawings, the cost is 6,50 €
- For big unframed paintings, the cost is 7,50€
- For big framed paintings, the cost is 10,50€
- There is also an option to pick up your order personally. Once I get your order, I will email you and ask you when you would like to pick it up, and we will arrange the date and time.

The return of the product is possible
- When the product delivered is not what you ordered. In this case, you must return the product within 14 days of delivery; otherwise, we are not obliged to proceed with a second delivery.
- When the product has material defects, you can ask for a replacement, a price reduction or a full refund.
- If you want to exchange a product, you can do it within 14 days of delivery. You have the right to exchange the product you received for another of the same price or a higher price if you wish to pay the difference.
- If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days. This right expires 14 days after you receive the item.
Important information for returning the purchased item:
- The item should not be worn and should not be stained or damaged in any way. It must be in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. The customer pays the shipping costs for the returned item.
- Sending is only possible with the special code tracking.
- The customer pays the cost of any damage to the product caused during the return.
- The item must be carefully packed in the original packaging to avoid possible damage during shipping.
- The customer must provide me with proof of sending the item, and it is also important to keep all the tracking details for the returned item until you receive your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Returns will not
be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase (for paintings and drawings). I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I do not offer refunds on:
- Custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Sale Items
- Any item not in its original condition and if the item is damaged or parts are missing for any reason not by my fault.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
For the paintings and drawings, I don’t offer refunds:
- Special Collection, Limited Edition, framed or matted Open Edition artwork, and
Gift cards or final sale. - Custom-made painting and drawings.
- Any item not in its original condition and if the item is damaged or parts are missing for any reason not by my fault.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, the first thing to do is to check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
